What does HPLC purity mean?

HPLC stands for High Performance Liquid Chromatography. This is a commonly used laboratory method for analyzing the composition and purity of substances.

For NMN, HPLC is used to determine how much of the tested material actually consists of NMN. High HPLC purity means that the product closely matches the expected NMN composition.

Our previously tested NMN batches show an HPLC purity of 99.5% to 99.63%.

Always check the batch number on your packaging. This way you can see which report belongs to the product you received. If your batch number is not on this page, please contact us so we can help you with the correct information.

Additional Intertek test 2026: heavy metals and microbiological safety

In addition to the HPLC purity analyses, an additional Intertek test was performed on safety parameters. This test is recorded in Intertek test report 26/32754/18918.

The analysis period ran from April 16, 2026, to May 6, 2026. The sample was described in the report as a white powder in foil packaging. The sensory assessment describes the sample as a free-flowing, white, and very fine powder without a noticeable odor.

Note: this additional report does not contain an NMN percentage or HPLC purity result. The report is intended as an additional safety and microbiological check.

This test supports our focus on transparency. We want to communicate not only about purity but also about relevant safety checks.

What is contained in an NMN COA?

A Certificate of Analysis, often abbreviated as COA, contains important information about the quality and testing of a supplement. For NMN, you can look for:

  • Purity percentage, for example 99.5% or 99.63% NMN
  • Confirmation of chemical identity via analysis methods such as HPLC
  • Testing for heavy metals such as arsenic, lead, cadmium, and mercury
  • Microbiological test results
  • Date of analysis and lab reference
  • Name and location of testing laboratory
  • Batch information or reference to the examined sample

What is our NMN tested for?

1. Purity

Purity is measured using HPLC. This verifies whether the NMN meets the expected composition.

2. Heavy metals

Supplements can be tested for heavy metals such as arsenic, lead, cadmium, and mercury. These checks are important for assessing the safety of the product.

3. Microbiology

Microbiological tests check whether the product meets relevant hygienic quality standards. This includes checks for E. coli, Salmonella, yeasts, molds, and other microbiological parameters.

4. Sensory check

A sensory check looks at properties such as appearance, odor, and consistency. In the 2026 Intertek report, the sample was described as a free-flowing, white, and very fine powder without a noticeable odor.

Why do we publish our certificates?

We believe that transparency is more important than marketing claims. That is why we make our test results accessible to customers.

With public certificates, you can verify for yourself:

  • which batch or sample was tested;
  • which laboratory performed the test;
  • when the test was performed;
  • which method was used;
  • what the measured purity is;
  • whether safety checks were performed;
  • which microbiological values were measured.

This makes it easier to compare NMN products objectively.

Comparing NMN quality: what should you look for?

Not every NMN product is substantiated in the same way. When comparing NMN supplements, look for the following points:

Question Why is it important?
Is a public certificate available? Without a certificate, it is difficult to verify the quality.
Is the certificate batch-specific? A general report says less than a report that belongs to your specific batch.
Is the lab name mentioned? An independent laboratory makes the test more verifiable.
Is HPLC used? HPLC is a suitable method for analyzing purity.
Have heavy metals been tested? This is important for product safety.
Have microbiological values been tested? This helps to verify the hygienic quality.
Is the price per gram of NMN clear? This allows you to compare products fairly.

At Every Day Better, we want to make this information as clear as possible.

No exaggerated health claims

At Every Day Better, we consciously choose clear and cautious communication. NMN is a precursor to NAD+, a substance involved in processes surrounding energy metabolism. Research into NMN is ongoing, but long-term human data is still limited.

That is why we focus on what we can concretely demonstrate: the quality, purity, and verifiability of our product.

Our promise

Every Day Better wants to offer NMN in a way that is transparent, verifiable, and honest.

Our promise:

  • public laboratory reports;
  • clear batch information;
  • independent analyses;
  • no exaggerated medical claims;
  • clear explanation of purity and safety;
  • transparency regarding quality and test results.

This way, you as a customer can judge for yourself whether our NMN fits what you find important.

Why are NMN certificates important?

NMN certificates show whether a supplement has been independently tested.
Without clear NMN certificates, it is harder to verify what purity was measured, which laboratory performed the analysis, and whether testing for heavy metals or microbiological values was conducted.

At Every Day Better, we use NMN certificates to give customers insight into the quality of our products.
This way, you can not only rely on our product information but also view the available test reports yourself.
