At Every Day Better B.V., we believe it is important that your order is shipped quickly, safely, and transparently. On this page, you can read everything about shipping costs, processing times, delivery times, track & trace, international shipping, and what to do in case of damage or a missing package.

Are you ordering supplements such as NMN, TMG, GlyNAC, or ORS via our webshop? We ensure that your order is carefully processed and shipped from the Netherlands.

Shipping costs

We use simple shipping rates. Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout based on the delivery address and the order amount.

  • Netherlands and Belgium: free shipping on orders from €50.
  • Netherlands and Belgium under €50: shipping costs are shown during checkout.
  • Other EU countries: shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery address.
  • Outside the EU: international shipping costs are displayed during checkout, if shipping to the selected country is available.

Always check the shipping costs in the checkout before finalizing your order.


Processing time

We process orders as quickly as possible. Orders placed and successfully paid for on business days before 3:00 PM are usually processed the same day. Orders received later are typically processed the next business day.

  • Processing time: usually 0–1 business day.
  • Shipping location: orders are shipped from the Netherlands.
  • Business days: Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

During busy periods, holidays, promotions, or carrier delays, processing or delivery may take longer than usual.


Delivery times

The expected delivery time depends on the delivery address and the carrier. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with track & trace information.

Netherlands usually 1–2 business days
Belgium usually 1–3 business days
Other EU countries usually 3–7 business days
Outside Europe depending on destination, carrier, and customs processing

The stated delivery times are indications. No rights can be derived from delivery times, as delays may occur with carriers, customs, or local delivery services.


Track & trace

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. This allows you to follow the status of your package.

Did you not receive a track & trace? Please first check your spam or junk mail folder. If you cannot find the shipping confirmation, please contact us at info@everydaybetter.nl.


Supply partners

We work with reliable carriers such as PostNL, DHL, DPD, or other logistics partners. Which carrier is used depends on the delivery address, the shipping method, and carrier availability.

The carrier is responsible for the actual delivery after the package has been handed over to them. Naturally, we are happy to help if something goes wrong with the delivery.


Check your shipping address

When placing your order, always double-check that your name, street name, house number, zip code, city, and country are filled in correctly.

Every Day Better is not responsible for delays, returns, or failed deliveries resulting from an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.

Did you accidentally enter the wrong address? Please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been shipped, we can try to adjust the address.


Damage or missing package

Check your package immediately upon receipt. Is the packaging visibly damaged or is something missing from your order? Please contact us within 5 days at info@everydaybetter.nl.

Preferably include the following information:

  • your order number;
  • a brief description of the problem;
  • photos of the damaged packaging and/or content;
  • the track & trace code, if available.

We will assess the situation and work with you to find a suitable solution.


International shipping

Every Day Better can ship orders to the Netherlands, Belgium, other EU countries and, if available in the checkout, to countries outside the EU.

For shipments outside the European Union, local import duties, taxes, customs fees, or administrative costs may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not automatically reimbursed by Every Day Better.

International shipments may experience delays due to customs inspections, local holidays, transport peaks, or processing by local delivery services.


Not at home during delivery

If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the carrier may attempt redelivery, deliver to a pickup point, or return the package to the sender. This varies by carrier and country.

Therefore, always follow the carrier’s track & trace information and pick up your package from a pickup point on time if necessary.

In most cases, return costs are at your own expense, unless there is an error on our part, such as a wrong or defective product.
