Shipping Policy Every Day Better

At Every Day Better, we believe it is important that your order is delivered quickly, safely and transparently. Whether you order from the Netherlands, Belgium, elsewhere in Europe, or worldwide, we ensure that your package is carefully processed and shipped. At Every Day Better, we make sure your order is shipped safely, quickly and clearly. Below is our current shipping policy, including information on costs, delivery times and processing.

Shipping costs

We have simple shipping rates:

  • Free shipping within the Netherlands and Belgium on orders over €50

  • For orders under €50, we charge a shipping rate of €4.95

Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout.

Processing time

All orders placed before 3 p.m. on weekdays will be processed the same day. Orders received later will be processed the next business day.

  • Processing time 1-2 working day

  • Orders are shipped from the Netherlands

Delivery times

We ship worldwide. Expected delivery times are as follows:

  • Netherlands & Belgium: 1-3 working days

  • Other EU countries: approximately 5 working days

  • Worldwide (outside Europe): depending on destination country, average 7-14 working days

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a track & trace link so you can track your package.

Supply partners

We ship with reliable carriers such as PostNL, DHL and DPD, depending on the delivery address and speed of delivery.

Damaged or missing packages

Check your package upon receipt. Is there any shipping damage or has your package been lost? Please contact our customer service at info@everydaybetter.nl within 5 days . We will immediately look for an appropriate solution.

International shipping

For shipments outside the EU, local import duties, taxes or customs fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping and delivery

Shipping Address: Be sure to provide the correct shipping address when you place your order. We are not responsible for delivery problems due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Allows you to track the status of your shipment.

Receipt of orders: Upon receipt of your order, it is important to check the packaging for any damage. If you notice visible damage to the packaging or contents, file a claim with the shipping company immediately and contact us for further instructions.
