Denise excels at the 2024 CrossFit Open
The CrossFit Open 2024 was a special success for Denise, she achieved an impressive 2nd place in her age group of the Dutch Crossfitsters.
Her dedication, strength and determination took her to the top of the Scaled division, where she delivered exceptional performances on all workouts.

The road to success for Denise was not without its challenges.
Eight years ago, she was still rehabbing from a second anterior cruciate ligament surgery.
The rehab lasted at least a year and then she chose to build up her strength from 0 with Crossfit.
This year was Denise’s fourth time competing in the global Crossfit competition The Open.
She spent months training intensively, both physically and mentally, to continuously improve herself.
Her training regime included a mix of weightlifting, cardio, and gymnastics, focusing on strengthening her weaknesses and perfecting her technique and especially perseverance.
An important part of her performance in the 2024 CrossFit Open is also due to her use of NMN from Every Day Better she says.
This supplement helped her improve her energy levels and recovery, which was crucial during her intense training sessions and competitions.
